they do look awesome on, size 3 was fairly loose on my hands though. if they made fingerless multigloves I'd be interested...

all prices are in AUD, they're a bit more rapey than they should be as Cose Ipanema most likely made the buy when the AUD was way down.

i don't think viridi fits into assin at all..

personally more at home in Zambesi i think...If they stocked more menswear..maybe even l.e.f.t.

Atelier as well. Though, be aware V-A size 5 is smaller than other japanese size 5s I've tried on. I can't fit into any VA size 5 pants I've tried, and wear both 4 and 5 in various Attachment and Julius pants.

yeah it def seems like VA sizing is pretty off compared to other Japanese brands

                      Bless up...Faust

this is the part that resonates with me, and i will forever believe in it

"There is a certain soulful energy that one can feel from these garments that is missing from “fast fashion”. To a certain extent what one wears marks one out as a person who cares about certain standards of quality and beauty and I want The Viridi-Anne to symbolize those things too."

Thanks for the interview Faust, I only wish it was longer.

Thanks a lot, that was a very interesting interview.

It was interesting that Tomoaki used the term wabi-sabi. A while ago I was listening a lecture about Japanese aesthetics and wabi-sabi, and a professor there claimed that the term wabi-sabi is used mainly by the westerners when defining that particular theory of aesthetics.

one of my favorite japanese designer.

maybe some of inspiration comes from other japan vangard designers such KAZUYUKI KUMAGAI, but Tomoaki Okaniwa does make some transfomation and improvement.

The following picture is a long sleeve t-shirt from last year. Maybe, the idea of curved sleeves comes from KKA or CCP 's curved cutting pieces, but it looks better than KKA's curved sleeves shirts, besides, it is more comfortable than JOHN GALLIANO's curved sleeve shirt which is more creative and attactive but the comfort is diminshed
