It's not that thick at all. I don't carry many thing in it really as it is so it pretty much lays as compact as if it were empty.
I'm not sure how thick the new double sided one will be... the leather used in the current wallets is already pretty thin so I wonder how the new one is going to be dimension-wise. No matter what though, it's a lovely piece.... if he did a travel bag version like that (or a suit bag!!!) that would be downright AMAZING.

I'll do some thinking and sketches of it... gonna require a LOT of fabric but with the right choices the result could be pretty cool... :)

So inserts to create the pockets? I was wondering how he might manage that out of a single piece. Did A pick up that wallet? And if so, price? I think I might have to snag one. And I'll definitely be pulling a Costanza on it for shits and giggles.

Yeah David, it looks like the same concept as with the regular wallet... two pieces of leather stitched within to create a pocket with a flap in it as well as a separator piece to demarcate parts of the wallet.
It looks like the new version has a total of 5 pieces. One massive external piece and just two of each of the original wallet's inserts. From the photos it doesn't look thick like you said. Interesting that hardly anyone echoes my complaints for the MA+ wallet? perhaps this is the result of moving from a super-slim cardholder type wallet to the MA+ wallet.Comment

Just wanted to shoot out a quick question for those familiar with MA+ leathers: what is their reverse calf leather like and would you recommend purchasing accessories in reverse calf vs the standard calf leather or pigskin?
