Was really tempted by the black ones from this season (or was it next season?) - the deepest shade of black I have ever seen. Like staring into the black hole.

^ I do agree. The black is truly fascinating! If you can get your hands on them again, you won´t regret pulling the trigger. Haven´t worn any boots as comfy as Augustas.

In my experience, sizing definitely varies depending on material used, even in the same season. I got the ST3 Reverse Horse and had to size up one, meanwhile the Culatta I tried on fit TTS. I suggest asking the seller if you can't try on in person.

I got the black oiled horse from Hide AW14 and had to size down. Normally take a 42 and went with 41. Still a bit roomy in the toe. Tight on my calves but that'll work itself out.

I thought they were going to be black but they have a steel blue tint to them that is kind of nice.

            No branding this season.

Apologies for not looking through the thread/maybe posting in the wrong place but does anyone know any UK/London stockists that stock A1923.

I'm hoping to own a pair eventually and would quite like to see/try a few pairs to get a rough idea of what I want in terms of materials and silhouette.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Though sadly I'm a UK6.5 in sneakers, usually wear a 6 in boots/shoes and I don't think Augusta make many of that size.

In fact, is there any way to contact them? Maybe shooting an email over would be a good idea if they can provide advice.

Just worried I might have to repeatedly buy and return shoes because they're not quite what I'm looking for.

Hostem and The Library stock them in London. I imagine neither one has a huge selection, but probably a few different models.

in most cases, heavy overlock stitching is a design detail and its "on top" of a regular seam.
