Ah, thanks for the fix. I'm currently reading Culture of Complaint by Robert Hughes, hence the mental glitch.Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months - Oscar Wilde

I want to say that i buy things for their quality but i don't think thats it anymore. The word quality is so subjective these days. I guess i'd like to say i buy things that are more resilient than the mall brands and are more unique than the everyday things available. The one thing i do like is wearing things that not everyone has or at least not the mass of people. And in the end it comes down to just wearing things i think are cool like CCP n RO.
I hate people that show off so i get things for myself to enjoy and i care not whether others know what i wear. I am happy wearing items i purchase and thats what counts the most. Maybe my motives are just to make myself happy...

Late on the response, but yeah.. I've seen many people drop thousands on goods they know nothing about. Literally piles of clothing on the register at Atelier without even being able to pronounce the name on the tags. No fucks given. If you don't think there are insanely rich people with that much money you don't know the world you live in.
