Generally, the softer the skin, the more it will stretch. I believe I read that they are available in sheepskin, which sounds the softest. The only problem is that the softest skins, which will stretch the most, will be the most delicate as well. I'm guessing that donkey would be the happy medium between soft/stretchy, yet still tough. The donkey I tried were super comfortable, like bedroom slippers.Originally posted by DRRRKThe bridge from Dior to CCP being Rick Owens.

Originally posted by Heirloom View Postit bothers me the guidis i tried were so skinny in the calf i couldn't close the zipper at all. i want a pair... is there any type of leather that stretches more? i'm looking for a pair of boots that can take some beating up.
i have another question - just like i was afraid of, the place where the back zipper starts rubs against my heel. does this go away with wear? i am careful to put that small piece of leather to cover the zipper, but they still hurt.Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months - Oscar Wilde

Faust this should go with time personally if they are still tight i would just go with trying thicker socks this should help the zipper idea and stretch them out. But like you said after two wears they are already giving just try them out for a week or two and they will fit so comfortably..
