The designer of this collection is one cool fucker
I mean seriously
I'm sorry, was this a compliment?
What's wrong with SZ today? First Johnny agrees with me ("kinda," fine, I'll take it), and now this show of approval. Some kind of a gravitational pull I am not aware of? People, please check the position of the moon and the tides and go back to your roles!

yes, it is a zipper. I unfortunately don't have a detailed shot of them. They are done with a twisted seam and have a really beautiful fit. The seam is cut to gather at, and accentuate, the calf.
anymore pics or closeups of these pants? is that a zipper?
I went to visit the designer in his Studio yesterday, had a very good chat with him....... and his Senior Assistant, He was wearing this same pant, they looked really great on, and yes , It IS a zipper.......
We are world apart but so much alike, he even have the same Singer Vintage buttonhole machine that I have...........
Really Nice guy and has some interesting developments going on with the line, cant say much yet but expect some new interesting things for next season..............

/\ HAHA! Thanks for shifting the post down mortalveneer! You were pretty quick on the draw there.

LOVING that curved button-front jacket in the second photo...
The pattern for the interior/lining is pretty sick too. I fear there are many details that are lost in the photos. He has really stepped up and given of himself. If you know Jona, you can really see him in this collection. Personal enough to him that he basically cut, constructed, dyed, etc. with his own two hands. He might have used his monkey feet to...I can neither confirm nor deny.
Thanks for posting this D. I must say after seeing Jona wearing his own garments in person, there's a subtle elegance that's difficult to translate into photos.
let us raise a toast to ancient cotton, rotten voile, gloomy silk, slick carf, decayed goat, inflamed ram, sooty nelton, stifling silk, lazy sheep, bone-dry broad & skinny baffalo.
he sent me a text today, saying he is back from Paris,
I will visit the studio sometie this week and file a report.....
I really like this collection better than the first one though,
those pants with suspenders are my favorite..........
