Anyone handled the SS15 black classic? The pics IF sent me show a strange think green stripe running vertically over the shoulders and down on both sides.

This is pretty normal. He does that a lot. I've seen white blazers with like 1-2 black stripes around it.
I have a green blazer with multi colored stripes like some kind of irregular windowpane running through it.
It was a deal breaker on the white blazer for me, but I like it in the green blazer though if it was gone I wouldn't mind.Comment

I like it. It's a nice effect, subtle enough not to irritate and obvious enough to notice. It's all going to depend on how you are going to style it. Right now I only have a winter weight PH (this year's classic in stripe) and I do love it.
So the goal is for one in black for the warmer months (I'm thinking classic, perhaps Norfolk). Just not sure if I'm ready for the green stripe. Thanks again.Comment

Haven't gone too deep into the spring summer appropriate PH color palette yet....
Still mostly earthy/fall suited colors for my pickups
Just picked up this double breasted artist jacket in durham - first artist jacket for me db or single, but durham fabric is one of my favorite ever.
I like the mac style collar and slit pockets.
I think i want to pick up some belted bent knee pants and some shirts before I go that route... then maybe a hat.
Though if anyone ever has a line in pants in this green window pane wool fabric (or can convince vassili to sell me his ;p) let me know!
