What month is the issue, April or March?

not heroin chic, but "broken idealism."

yeah broken idealism is another good interpretation of it...'heroin chic' sounds too passe and cliche. I get the sense in my head the ideal Rick wearer is someone who is a bit world weary and does not so much care for worldly norms or the acceptance of others, like Rick said, "the person who no longer cares about being cool"....perhaps this is a bit romantic sounding, as it's hard to look like one does not care when wrapped in such elaborate layers of fabric, but that's the way i like to look at it.

This issue is pretty good, Junya and Rick interview, the last one I bought had a Yohji interview (Lily Donaldson/Gemma Ward on cover). Maybe they'll finally get away from 80s electro-punky-whatever styling and the whole thing will get way better.
