Just came across this lovely documentary on William Klein and his inspirations and innovations in fashion photography. Film was prepared for his retrospective at tate modern i guess. Hope you enjoy it as i did.



This guys has so much energy, and his fashion photographs are very dynamic, some of the images we've already mentioned here! i really loved the chubby girls in sauna image, and other stories behind the iconic images of his, such as the one at Piazza di Spagna! and i enjoyed him talking about models having no names back in the days, and how it was all about the beautiful impressions, and not the names.

And imho everything looks great in black and white
