Btw I strongly recommend the RO tees. They are from aw2005, made of 15% silk + 85% rayon. The fit is like a dream. ; )

As for the sizing of these cdiems, I would say they run a lit big than tagged but the lifted toe boxes make them work well. I am US 9 for JV converse, and 42 fit me best. But even with size 43 I feel comfortable--- There is about one inch left but it feels like wearing some pointer shoes. (you see there's much room left between the pointer and your toes, but you just can reach the pointer. Your feetwill bepretty much fixed in them.)

Hi Cas, I will get the measurements as soon as possible this weekendwhen i get back to my apt.

They run big and but since the toe boxes are lifted, you might want to have a lit room. If you are size 45 for guidi, I would say 44 or 45 might workfor you,maybe 44.5will be the best size. I wear 42 for margiela, 9 for varvato jack purcells, and I find size 42 most comfortable.
