i wear a 43 and i'm a 10 1/2 us. not sure about these but cdiem fits pretty true to size.

i wear a US 10 in most shoes as long as the toe box is wide enough - i wear a 44 in most italian shoes - but they're usually too long.



the Cdiems are a little wider in the toe box - so I can wear a 43.
