They arrived this morning (txs again Les!), are already with my cobber to get a thin ribber sole and will be my favourite pair of shoes :))

Well guys, I have another pair WITHOUT rubber.

This pair will be fore the very outdoor/hard/rainy time in Germany...

It is so thin (I have it on my cdiem boots too) that you cannot tell when wearing/seeing it ... and they last forever :))

I love the nailed leather soles but I agree with John...I have some of my good shoes with rubber soles added because the leather soles are so slippery during the rainy season. I have already slipped a few times on my CDiems! [:(]

Yep. It has the same "non-slip effect" like rubber, but is much stronger = very long lasting!
