American Apparel viscose (RO knock off) tees for cheap

Hey guys, I'm a wholesaler for american apparel and I noticed that they just put up those viscose tees for wholesale. These are the sheer tees that many of you find similar feeling to rick tees, at a fraction of the cost.

Retail is 34 dollars + tax, I can get you the tees for 20 a piece. They are slightly oversized, but you can slim them down and pare them down at a tailor for pennies and still be on top compared to the 200+ rick tees cost.

here's the link, PM me if you'd like to order some. No minimum buy, shipping is around 8 bucks for under 6 items and 14 for over 6.

this sounds promising– but i wonder how a tailor would work with viscose. since its sheer isn't it a pain to tailor and get the fit just right? also wish they had a long sleeved version with elongated sleeves.. but i guess i cant complain

aha, here's the tanks. tanks will be 20 each as well.

Tailor wise - I think it would be easier to get the fit right, because it is rather stretchy...

you could buy two of them and just attach them at the hems... instant double layer tee?

just wondering if anyone has attempted to tailor these or make dual layer shirts?

I was just in an AA store and they had several samples of the viscose shirts not produced. They had a longsleeve in this material that really look and felt like a RO tee. The stock short sleeve ones seem like they have a really wide neck but if you get a size 1 (they come in size 1, 2 & 3) it's still sized like a large or a large medium and the neck isn't so crazy.
They're definitely comfortable shirts....really fragile in terms of shape but worth the money even at retail. For this price, give them a shot. At the very least they do make great layering for summer because they're almost like gauze.
