FS: Two Awesome Ann Demeulemeester jackets

As much as I don't want to let these go, I must.

1. Threader jacket form SS07, first look on the runway. No need to introduce - epic piece. Beautiful jet black contrasting cotton jacquard (you can see there are actually two fabrics), half lined, piped seams, working buttons, that signature subtly asymmetric cut that Ann is so good at. Worn a few times. Only selling it because I have the 3/4 coat version and I feel like a pig owning two virtually identical jackets. Made in Italy. Size Medium - will fit a 48-50. Retail is $1300. 2. Another threader jacket - brand new (can send the tag) - never worn. As much as I want to wear it, I never get the occasion, and I am a little too short for it. I can't describe how fantastic this cotton jacquard is. It's texture is almost three-dimensional, and gives it a wonderful tactile feeling. Again, two contrasting fabrics, fully lined in cotton, three internal pockets, working buttons. Made in Portugal. Size Medium - will fit a 48-50. Retail is $1300. $400 + actual shipping to your country.

Length without collar is 31", sleeve from shoulder 27". chest 19", shoulders 17".

Yeah, normal length for a 38-40 except for those sleeves. Wow, 27". I can see in the runway shot they simply took off the contrasting fabric to shorten it, but that seems kind of a shame. Not sure if there's another way to do it, though.

You can get it altered at the shoulders. I simply fold mine as they are surgeon cuffs. Looks more "romantic" anyway.

Yes, Ann makes sleeves longer on purpose, so you can fold them up.

Wish the black threader was smaller, would buy it in a heartbeat. Whoever gets it at that price is lucky. Fabric is so nice
