i didnt realize that this was happening today. caught me off guard. she is determined to make something out of arm wear isnt she, the hardness of the wood and the softness of the silk works for me.
the clothes started off in the gentlest suggestion of a texan tone (if there is such a thing) and then took a hard right towards "dallas". not a good thing.

I like those bracelets : they look completely out of place - pieces borrowed to the foot of some fake rustic furnitures, something like that.
As for the rest of the collection, it is certainly strange, but I like it. Yes, it is Dallas, and the 80's, even the brown and green she used seem to belong to that era, and the whole thing is flirting with cheap chic and utterly bad taste - but with enough wit to achieve something elegant. The trench on the second pic is simply beautiful.I can see a hat, I can see a cat,
I can see a man with a baseball bat.

A trench without a collar? I don't know. Looks OK styled closed, but probably would look stupid open.Fashion is a form of ugliness so intolerable that we have to alter it every six months - Oscar Wilde

this isn't the whole collection, altho faust did a good job editing it. i like the shirt in this look that faust didn't post (bad styling, i know), that little string is such a nice touch.
you guys are harsh, the footwear is certainly nice. details below.
eh, actually, the nymag pics are way too big, will wait for style.com instead.

i think it was a bad call to style this with the hats, other than that i think it is gorgeous and i would love to see this worn around town. and i know several girls who will eat this up with a spoon.
beautiful (mohair/astrakhan?) coats, pretty skirts, beautiful sheen on pants... elegant indeed.
