I'm going to start cutting my jeans and skirts on angles. love how surreal this is.

The images are indeed gargantous, rider

While I do like quite a lot of this, I think their first outing was a lot stronger overall.

I do like that they have kept the leather and jeans pants. They are just cut fantastic. The leather jackets, oversized trenches and solid one-arm tops look really strong as well. Sadly, that doesn't go for the dresses and camouflage print should just be burned and never shown on a runway again.
A friend of mine is still convinced Margiela is behind this and won't have it otherwise

References are everywhere, I know. But it's funny to see the last oversize jackets. Soooooo CDG...

Some of the models scare me and I have never understood the long sleeve-no-sleeve top.
The cropped pants and long boots and skirts are ok but I don't like how it's styled!

Took the words right out of my mouth. I'll take camouflage over that ghastly sweatpants fabric.

I feel there's something very studenty about the whole vibe of the collection. I can't say I like it, their statement of intent was super promising and I have to say their output is kind of blegh

I quite like this - clean, subtle and understated. Very refreshing to see new interesting name in Paris. And I strongly agree on the old school Margiela's vibe which I'm nostalgic for.

Just look what his brand has become nowadays
