Long coats in looks 15 and 25 were my fave pieces of the show. They dont look like much on style.com but they flowed beautifully on the runway. -
I like the idea of collaboration, but its really dragging this collection down.
- The crafty execution of the belts doesn't fit the clean vibe of the collection, or any collection really
- The prints are kitschy, and again, in conflict with the clothes (they're also overused and distracting)
- The glasses are more in line with the clothes, but they're still cheesily futuristic
Ignoring the above, I see a number of tweaks on previous items, some interesting pants, a poncho that would have been more impactful if it wasn't featured in so many outfits and styled rather tortuously, a number of inoffensive jackets and coats, and a terrible medium wash denim.Comment
