Creative director Masataka Matsumura displayed his Giuliano Fujiwara A/W 2009 collection in Milan this week, in what is his third year at the creative helm of the brand. Like most of Milan’s shows, the focus is on cut and fabric instead of colour, with the collection mostly in neutral tones.

Yeah, I have to agree with the above assessments. I have had a few GF pieces over the years and they are neat, but this collection is dull, gimmicky, and just plain "meh." The economic climate now means that stellar collections alone are going to pull their weight and ones that are just dull will hardly find a big audience. If money is tight, then I couldn't imagine finding much in this collection to pull me away from some of the other very interesting ones we've seen.

my first thought as well. they're identical and basically styled the same way. very boring.
