Well, I can see taking away the sketching; They probably go straight into draping and pattern making and have it go organically from there. I'm sure some things get sketched out (maybe not by them but by someone) like shoes and other accessories.

No I don't think he does that at all, especially with the clothing. But for objects like shoes (which need lasts, soles, etc.) it's a bit harder to 'make' something without a sketch to go on."because the young are whores. dealers come to carol to get the rock"

I dont think sketching is really compulsory, especially with this kind of a style. Amadei said that he usually comes up with the cuts by just draping fabric on a body and coming up with the pattern that way. Damir's stuff is quite a bit more drapy so I could see him designing in a similar way."AVANT GUARDE HIGHEST FASHION. NOW NOW this is it people, these are the brands no one fucking knows and people are like WTF. they do everything by hand in their freaking secret basement and shit."

im studying fashion and you get pushed into sketching all the time and to come up with a theme a story, which i find hard since the designers i seem to look at dont follow this, many people do an african theme or a english gentleman story but fuck that. i would rather deconstruct garments that already exsist and cut into them creating a new pattern or study exsiting patterns and combining them, really unsure if school is really the right place for what i want
really would love to speak to someone like damir and see if he thinks studying fashion at school is the right thing.

Yes, that's very nice, triple split screen, though works best viewed
on an external display(e.i. bigger screen), but the windows can
be pulled out.Are you afraid of women, Doctor?
Of course.
