I've tried that blazer on before - it's a nice fabric, typical Comme feel to it, but it's severely suppressed in the waist. I think you need to have fairly narrow shoulders to pull off the look (a skinny frame will help, too) I liked the details and buttons, though!

I have just started eating less already, haha. It's a good news. I like the non radical design of it, surprisingly, how the cut away is quite moderate.
