Don't really care for the overall effect... The outerwear is as always awesome, but the elongated gloves just turn me off.

The hideous, brash gloves and shoes (sub-Prada) drew my attention from the fact that there are some lovely sweaters here, as usual. The first one below would be a perfect replacement for my beloved Raf knit from 2000, which is sadly approaching the end of its natural life. If the silver one in Faust's first post comes in balck, that will be even better.
As a whole, I still think this collection is devoid of the subtlety and introspection that makes Raf who he is. Leather really isn't the right medium for him, as far as I'm concerned.

        and that one \/

The rest (not much left) I'm not too keen one, you can see it here

I'm liking this look a lot, the ribbed leather + moder, utilitarian fabric makes it look very menacing.

Selling CCP, Harnden, Raf, Rick etc.

The more I look at it, the more I 100% back this... I think it's the perfect distillation of the direction Raf has being going towards: Effortlessly 'cool', technological, and grown-up... Simultaneously. Compare with the NASA-cheese of Dolce & Gabbana's collection; Raf is 100 years ahead of everyone else, just look at the influences this season alone... Elbaz nailed it, vintage is over, we need to move on.

This is what old people will wear in 2040.

I keep looking at this and I have a feeling I'll manage to gather enough money for the leather pants and wera those exclusively all winter.
