Did a mail order last week (NY store) and the staff was great .

Hahaha... I tried on the super padded jacket last week. It's comical. Like I am permanently shrugging my shoulders. Epic fail.

new staff taking cues from maxfields staff approach which is not good

maxfields gave me some of the worst service i've ever had. it was comically bad. SA's had ZERO product knowledge.

I guess I don't ask much of SAs, I have a pretty good idea of what I am looking for when I go to the respective store. And I can bet if I am trying on a 3k piece, most SAs are going to say it looks perfect for me/great/etc.
