It's the fifth time I order from ZFactorie and every time the service, the quality of the garments and the general craftsmanship are superb. I never had a single problem, communication and shipping times have always been stellar. For those who did face some delay either in handling / shipping an order or acquiring a tracking number there is a new member in the team who has taken over the whole process resulting in zero delays. I will continue to support ZFactorie cause apart from the great experience I believe that some of the pieces released through the years are among the best in their category. Thank you Zam.
