i must admit i like trying on a lot of random things. here's a crazy alexander mcqueen coat. works a lot better than i expected, makes me feel a bit "playboy mansion-ish" though. its silk x cashmere x wool. the silk is pretty flat black, but i guess it takes on that purplish color in some lights. turned up the brightness/overexposed on my pics so you could actually see the stitching.

haha thanks.. it's pretty over the top which is why i was so surprised it worked out better than expected. the stitching is crazy (continues to the back upper panel), the M lapel notch (a MUGATU signature?), the silk with cashmere... yet i don't know if it warrants keeping haha

LOL, I didn't even think of Mugatu....that's brilliant, ha ha ha.

A gorgeous piece of work and it looks great on, but unless you are planning a seduction or take-over of some sort, when would you wear it? Or is it one of those things you would just get to have?

agreed... I love McQueen's twist on male clothing, but that might be just a bit too much... I watched that for a while on yoox trying to figure out howI wouldwear that; I just came up blank. It IS very luxurious looking, but maybe just a bit too out there?

I like the bag, but it will be hard to utilize. It's a big military type bag that is meant to be stuffed, otherwise it loses shape. Yet, if you stuff it, the strings will cut into your shoulders and you will be uncomfortable. So, a maybe from me.

haha i was mostly just wondering. don't think n3b's work in leather really.. cotton/nylon's the way to go.

yeah i think the regret of selling a lot of nice helmut stuff is catching up =P

i like these, but the problem is that there are no butt pockets. a huge no no for me. i think someone on the forum bought these before. if so, how do the no butt pockets work out for you?
