Agree with BSR. Also consider that with Augusta, you'll have both feet the same size, which is a plus when you intend to walk with.

Both are amazing pieces in their own right - I would personally go for the CCP simply because they are more unique, and the handmade feel/look of them is quite incredible. But for sheer practicality (which sometimes doesn't seem to be a concern to sz'ers... but should be) go the Augusta

what do the layer-O's retail at, If anywhere near what they are asking for the CDiem's then yes LO> CDiem
This reverse horse version is very coarse & hard on the foot , I like the smooth leather versions better on the Cdiems
Layer-O has really stepped up their game with this new season, I hated the elfish previous versions , love the chunkier newer ones!

I can vouch for the quality of Layer-0 boots - I have the previous season's version of those boots (which are exactly the same as the ones pictured apart from the top-stitching - the stitching on mine is angular, not curved), and the quality is superb. Easily the equal of CDiem, m.a+, etc. (But that's hardly surprising since they are made by the same shoemakers.)

What do you guy's think of Gareth's flared trousers?
I've been flirting with the idea for a while. I'm kind of tall (approx 1,88 m) so I think they could work for my body type.
So.. to kop or not to kop?

I was thinking of a typical very slim and long Julius/Rick t-shirt on top, and my platform boots, which have a 5,5 cm platform (they will be hidden so footwear is not particularly important). And if that formula works, I have a very long Rick coat that could perhaps match the above.ENDYMA / Archival fashion & Consignment
