The thing about these boots is that they have an extra wide shaft. Also the leather looks like Ann's goat nubuck, in which case it's one of the nicest materials ever. I still hate them - they're totally tacky with that distressed sole.

Don't. You can get something far better for the money they are being sold for. The sole and lacing (coupled with the metal eyelets) just make them ugly.

what do you guys think about this damir doma ma-1 bomber from the women's f/w 2011 collection? i can't decide if its... TOO simple, or... if that's just part of its charm. i really like the way it fits, almost like a slouchy cardigan from afar, and the fabric is this bizarre, boiled virgin wool that looks kind of shiny in bright lighting? i usually like unstructured outerwear, but i'm still kind of on the fence with this one. opinions please!
