Opinions on these...and has anyone seem them with laces in them? There are holes...not sure if they work though.

hell yes. are on my list too. when i saw the first pics of the collection i was like wow. these boots are just gorgeous, and just like u i'm planning on alternating between sloppily/loosely laced and no laces.

wouldn't say they're harder to pull off than the front-zips from f/w. big-ass boots like this work well with regular fit pants/jeans when worn with a big top/sweater/jacket/coat. also, with the skirts like runway. and shorts. or if u wanna go all in, maybe with some swinger pants.

RU 1766/LG is the code. i don't think it's fake, maybe a sample though!

I've never seen Rick labels like these before, but by the looks of the construction and the leather (which is lamb btw) it is definitely authentic.

Tags look really strange, especially the one in the second picture. LG is full-grain lamb leather, might be vegetable tanned. Least processed Rick leather.

sample pieces wouldn't come w/ the paper tag, and by 2007 rick was already sowing in his sig, show us the entire tag front and logo it'll be pretty obvious then. Still rolling w/ RU c-re-s

paul, what does this mean "Still rolling w/ RU c-re-s" ? nowhere has this... everything looks authentic to me, except the tag seems like a sample piece? and i have owned over 15+ Rick leathers, but this is my first "sample piece". the tag is authentic, if you are referring to the signature. thinking of returning it but i kinda like the colour, but already own a scuba.

just wanted to get others' advice or opinion on this iteration of the scuba

also, what do people think about scratchy's split toe sneakers? this colour, all black, or all white, or just no?
