Dane, IMHO you would be better off with the Intarsia in this particular leather. I am also a size 48 or Small with virtually no shoulders. The Intarsia is my best fit. I have tried (and owned) almost every Rick style and I have narrowed it all down to the Intarsia. Good luck.

I actually like the fit on you, but the Mollino Sport is not my favorite style and if you paid retail, I would agree on only keeping it if you love it. The post alone speaks volumes.

Jacket is on its way back...it fits okay, but the money would best be used towards something that fits perfectly. I have a feeling I'm more of a Julius fit...so be it!

dane - just saw these past few pages.

i have the sport mollino and it's a total favorite. (cjbreed is ocd:ing...) works super well with most of the casual/baggy shit i wear - the clue is in the name: 'sport'. i like the elasticated parts, and normally wear the sleeves so the cuffs go over the top of my hands. too bad u sent it back - from the pic i can see a few pages back, it looks just fine.

have you seen them in person? i saw them last time i was at ro nyc and theyre actually a metallic silver. i am not a big fan of these because i am not as adventurous as you may be. i'd opt for them in black or white but the silver is kind of an eyesore.

i thought so too, but I only see them in picture and not it person so I can't really say much about them. personally, this colors is really too cosmic for my taste, I will stay with the original black and white for now.

I got ann sneak in suede and it is pretty tough. i soak it in the rain and still look like day 1. for messenger I am guessing that it would be even better.
