My height is 5'11. Lean athlete build. I was thinking if these were to fit close to my body(fitted) with the bottom not flaring out, it might work fine. Looking at something similar to what Stefano Pilati at Yves Saint Laurent has done with the blazers in his recent collection.

Yeah, I think it would be a bit problematic as (at least if you're like me) you probably will want to unzip it pretty often.

I have a similar vest. I think it works fine open if you fold the collar inside.
