If you like the coat then all you need to do is size correctly and you'll be fine. The coat in the second pic is just too small for him, even though the shoulder seam looks to be at a decent spot, or even too big. I guess the design of the coat is suppose to have an exaggerated/oversized shoulder look.

I would say it depends on how tall you are, if you're quite tall then definitely yes.

I see what you're saying. There is something about the fit on the particular model that isn't quite right. I think the size isn't the issue, it's the soft shoulder on his particular frame, he's not really filling it out. The man should wear the clothes, not vice versa.

IS is stellar, it should compliment the silhouette, not complicate it...

Sleeves are too short. PH is tricky. I definitely recommend trying on the different cuts so you know your particular sizing. If this isn't possible get the measurements.

Soo many people here on SZ get starry eyed when they see PH that they kop without taking the proper steps to measure out the particular cut. It's a steep boo boo if you know what I mean

Yeah, the model in the photo is 178cm, and sleeves look short on him. I'm 185cm, I can see that the coat would be good on me but the sleeves would be even shorter.

From the measurements, these sleeves are 60cm (and my usual length is 65+)

It's a weird cut that has me confused.

I hear ya. Check out Layer-0. They tend to have similar styles that you're looking at, with tad longer sleeves as well.
