I really like it, but it was too short in the body for me.

Looking to buy some RO trousers. Anyone tried on either item or familiar enough to help make a decision? Neither of them seem to have a very severe drop-crotch.

Those are the 'standard' RO drop-crotch trousers. Model from sense.com usually wear their items a size smaller, hence neither of them seem to have a very severe drop-crotch.

The pair in silk material is very soft and light weight which in my opinion is very nice, the pair in cotton/ramie is more rigid and does not stretch.

I like the leather version as well, but I bought the cotton/polyamide version, as the temperature is too hot in Hong Kong.

I think this jacket have nice details. It is quite versatile and it actually looks better with the zip undone at the front.

I recently bough the following blazer in a light-weight wool: http://www.style.com/slideshows/mens...WAY/00070f.jpg
And now I'd like some matching formal (but still interesting) drop crotch pants. Would you suggest the silk or more rigid cotton blend? Thanks!

it looks like they pull them up to their navel... I wear mine a size down so that they are slim, and the drop crotch is much more notable even though I'm 6ft. or maybe the models are crazy tall.

I think both trousers will work. The silk version is more luxurious, it is more interesting in terms of the semi transparent material with the white pockets showing from underneath. The cotton/ramie version looks relatively casual when compared with the silk version. So it all depends on the look you desire.

you can have any colour as long as it's black.

White is the best color. Between black and grey though... probably black. Grey tends to look awkward.

Don't really like it. Red and green are kind of interesting though. I think Guidi had a better red though(?)
