welp, i can't seem to make up my own mind on these:




i need to decide if these will look good with regular old skinny jeans and a tee shirt and maybe a leather jkt. i like that the sole is thinner and the toe is less bulbous. the shape is all around sleeker and it seems the quality of the leather and the construction is improved. so it seems like a good basic boot, but is it good for very very basic looks of jeans and a tee, no rick or bbs volume and silhouette varietals

Yes, simple Rick boots pair well with skinny jeans in my experience. In general, I find the simpler Rick fairly easy to incorporate into a more basic outfit and it elevates the look to something subtly better than basic.

Fuck yeah! Don't even think about it. My favorite boots. I only suggest if you can hunt for an older iteration. I am looking to double up, that's how much I love them.

i agree with Faust. Find an older iteration. the new version looks too much like chelsea boots in the upper. not really a fan.

615 at the corner.....i realy love it....perfect for memphis skinny

rick-a-doodle they're nice, but how often do you wear your current pair? i'd personally try and stay away from doubling up on something like that, unless the shades are drastically different, i wear one pair on a very regular basis, or they're a great deal

yes its goodyear welted and I personally love them new sole, you will see when you wear it, I should've sized down on the boots though

i take it your concerns were alleviated? they're great boots. can't imagine them being hard to pair casually at all

good pick up, I wear mine under slim jeans with a button up shirt when it snows for (some version of) business casual so yeah they'll pair with practically anything.
