    Re: double belt

    [quote user="Merveilles"][quote user="danieldy"]

    I say no as well.

Sidenote: I was after that DH double belt for awhile, but once I tried it on it somehow didn't fit right on me. Pain in the ass to put on and take off as well.

      Re: RO leathers.

should i go down a size? i dont know if its just in my head, but im worried that the jacket has begun to stretch, and will continue tostretchuntil it doesnt fit mehow i like. its quite fitted when zipped, and still looks pretty good when unzipped, butit billows out a bit in the back, and i feel like thesleeves arent as slim as they were a week ago. if i go for the XS, i probably wont be comfortable in it zipped, but maybe there wont be any extra fabric when i wear it unzipped? (keep in mind im only wearing a tank underneath)

do RO leathers tend to stretch alot? ive never had one.

          Re: RO leathers.

Chris- All RO leathers do that in the back when unzipped. It's just the way they're cut and because he makes them intended to be zipped up. I would say it fits you good. (Not to mention I don't think the sleeves are going to be much smaller on the XS)

            Re: RO leathers.

If an XS is available I would go for it, I like a real tight fitting leather, but I am sure it wont make much difference. I have come to noticed that there really is not much difference in Rick Owens Size Range...the difference between an XS and XL is a matter of a couple inches. You are definitely thin enough for an XS, so I say go for it.

                  Ann D

do men's Ann D coats, jackets, etc. have shoulders like this or is it only featured on the womens wear?

i don't recall seeing mens pieces done like that, but it's possible.

                      Brown/black belt with black shoes?

Can someone answer this question for me without telling me how much you hate the items? :D

I really want to get this belt. I like the detailed, layered look of it. However, my shoes, here, are all black. I was thinking of getting dark brown billets on the belt for some added detail, but would that look weird with all black shoes?

Re: Brown/black belt with black shoes?

/\ Ha, I was just thinking, should I comment on how people include links that you can't just click through? And when I went back, you had made them actual clickables.

I like the shoes, but really don't care for the belts. But in the end, I'm not wearing either (although I'd probably try the high heel winklepickers if I knew where I could try them on - where are those from?), so it really boils down to, what style are you trying to achieve with these pieces?

Re: Brown/black belt with black shoes?

I got the shoes from Rakuten:

                          http://item.rakuten.co.jp/mansaiya/92270/

As for my style itself, it's very androgynous. I take a lot of cues from Japanese androgyny. I think the belt will work just fine with my look, I like how detailed they are and how it looks like layered belts. Just wondering about the colour dilemma.

How about that "Johnny Cash" belt in black? It's half way down the page you sent a link to. Definitely stay away from the brown. The black belt is in keeping with the whole Japanese thing but the brown one looks like a snazzy western belt and definitely will clash with the winklepickers....

All right, that seems to be the consensus. Thanks.

I guess I will do all black leather, should the stitching be black as well? I was going to get the #5 buckle.

EDIT: Keep in mind when I said dark brown, I meant the left-most here, and I only meant the billets (the "upper" belt part)
