alright, so i went for the two-tone RO leather in XS.its almosttoo slim. and thearms are ridiculous. think... of ron jeremy, wearing a condom from taiwan or something. they're THAT tight. and since a good portion of the arms are ribbed, im thinking they wont stretch enough to accomodate my apparently fat arms.

i've never even owned a leather jacket! do the arms generally stretch alot (like, an inch)? i'd hate to have to exchange fora small again, but i will if i have to. for $3000, shit has to be perfect.
I feel your pain Chris. I exchanged my Rick jacket twice (a medium for what I thought was a roomier medium) and still didn't get it right. The bottom line is that I needed a large. The difference between sizes this season is super subtle - an inch at most across the various dimensions - soyou can safely size up for a more comfortable feel without losing the streamlined fit. You still have the receipt right?
=(

i've already returned my small to barneys. andi've decided to exchange the XS for the small again (at komakino)... you're right about the size differences though. i didnt notice much variation in the chest or shoulders, just the damn sleeves. the XS fit good with just a tank underneath, but there was absolutely no way in hell i could have layered anything underneath it! did you end up finding a large?

        get the leather cuffs

ribbed cuffs will get holes in them within a week; no joke. every ribbed cuff RO jacket ive ever had is full of holes now, and I'm not even that hard on it

EDIT: Where is that leather cuff version available for sale? If they have it in an XS, i might have to rob a bank

                Re: RO leather jacket
im hoping to find one with leather cuffs and all leather at back. dont know if its just me, but the ribbed cuffsare kinda uncomfortable when i wear it on a warm day.
If there was a jacket this season like that I would probably get it. I like the leather cuffs, but I don't know about the back ribbing as I didn't get a chance to try it on at assin because they sold out of my size.

do the fabric cuffs really wear out that quickly? are there any shots of someone wearing the jacket with back ribbing? If I'm going to be spending this much on a leather jacket I want it to be as close to perfection as possible.

Yeah I do haha but your bloomies is better than ours man. I actually have my eye on something and am perched like a condor waiting to swoop on it, gotta find out when that triple discount weekend is (I think once a season). If my bloomies has what you want I could get it for you but we don't have junya. Let me guess, you want the margiela paper blazer? [83]

I thought the same thing at first but when I put them on, I didn't want to take them off. I have the SS07 lighter brown ones and they are awesome! I recommend.

This is my favorite of Augusta's designs especially because it's patently Augusta's. I like the square toe in this context.
