Another vote for the CCP leather fencing jacket. That piece is simply stunning.

Really dig the wool Yohji zip cuff and lapel coat as well. Love how the inner piece lapel locks up and sits like a throne collar.

Favorite accessory for the year are the Raf gloves. Favorite collection of the year goes to Maurzio Amadei.

I'm with Andrew on the RO ladies and wares... better than porn... like Dune on Soma, or if you prefer it on film, Dune adapted and directed by Fassbinder or Garrel or me...

This thread seems like it turned into more of a what do you personally like instead of most notable best of 2007. I would have to agree with the fencing above. I would also love to nominate the already iconic jil metallic placket cardigan which is destined to be a classic for years to come.

It would be hard for me to choose one thing....but, I would say it's between Lanvin's footwear and a silk black trench coat from Lanvin. (which, I could not afford) The trench coat is the greatest trench I have ever seen; It's nice and simple and just so luxurious.

I know it might be a little out of sync with the aesthetic for most of the forumites, but Burberry Prorsum's outerwear was great this year. My favorite was a dark gray cashmere coat with epaulettes and a black shearling collar.

Right. Use www.imageshack.us to upload files there and post links to pictures here. Or you can just link an image.

Hey badseeds, where is the picture from? I've been trying to find more Paul Harnden online but that has proven pretty difficult.
