who designed last fall's Verri?
Dunno, but for sure it's not Martijn Bal (last I heard of him, he went on to do consulting for Versace, dunno if he still is).
Just looked at their website, some pieces look similar to what Martijn did in 04/05. Maybe it's just a design team that's tweaking some old pieces and putting them back out again?
So, I started a dispute on paypal according to a shipment that hasn't come and a seller whom I haven't heard from in two weeks. As many of you know a dispute can hold up for 20 days and within that range you can escalate it so that Paypal look into the case and decides the outcome (wheter or not you get the money back or not). So, my question is, should I wait out the whole 20 days before I escalate or could I do this now, after about 7 days of "dispute" and no answer from the seller.
Cause... I've been waiting over a month now and I'm sure that I' m not gonna hear anything from him, but I don't want paypal to think that I am a scammer or such.
I mean, I want my money so I can look for the garment elsewhere and buy it, and this is taking a lot of time.
I'd open a dispute after a couple of days had lapsed. I think its fair to move forward after a couple of days of notice that you are concerned. This action, in my experience, tends to expedite action towards resolution with the seller. They still have a week to make things right and the case can be closed with both walking away mutually happy. If there is no response from the seller, you get your money back sooner than later. I know how frustrating this process can be. I wish you the best of luck.
I've hade the dispute open for 5 days and I've textmessage the seller and such and said that I was going to do it. Nothing has happend and I'm thinking about making my moves in the beginning of next week, alas escalate so Paypal will look into it. You don't think it'll be to soon to do this after 8 days without any answers (+the extra two weeks)?
I really don't. It sounds like you've made every effort to communicate with the seller. If you've dealt with the seller before and this is atypical than extending patience to the seller is not a bad thing. Life happens and it can get really crazy. Try to understand where the seller is coming from and if its reasonable. If its an international shipment, the postal service is beyond the control of the seller. There are several things to consider, but if you are uncomfortable for whatever reason(s), it is your right to exercise the options you have available to you. Again, good luck!
what colour is dark shadow exactly... is it dark grey with hints of brown? or is it more brown... i've seen a few pics but some are browner than others, sometimes it's kind of a muted teal, and sometimes it looks kind of plum (which i'm hoping).
