Condition ratings in classifieds

I tried to search for this info, but couldn't find anything, so sorry if this is a repeat Q.

When people say condition is 9/10 or anything out of 10....it seems slightly subjective. I use this rating (when posted) as a gauge and have been misguided on purchases before because one man's 9/10 is another man's 8/10. Is there a standardized rating system here? I just posted a Jacket and it could be between a 7.5-8....or better...or worse? In my eyes, 10/10 is BNWT's that has been tried on, but never worn out and anything 6 or under should be donated.

The zipper handle keeps sliding down when worn/walking.
Any way to fix this....short of replacing the zipper?

Raglan shoulders look great if they fit the shoulders, I don't think height has anything to do with the fit.

I have searched online quite a bit, only came up with fashionisto shoots.
If they don't exist, then any other suggestions for decent jeans in a similar price range?
For me this is a pretty hefty investment, so I like doing research.

In the end this is all easily solved by contacting and asking the seller yourself what the condition is like regardless of the rating as it's sometimes been proved it can become quite arbitrary which numbers are chosen.
