Does anyone have any experience with Jun Hashimoto boots and derbies - the ones that look the same as the old CDiem styles? I specifically mean ones labelled 'Jun Hashimoto', not the older WJK ones which were supposedly CDiem deadstock. Any help appreciated!

adding zipper to boots
today I received a pair of julius combat boots which I bought from sufu. They are really nice, older season like 05 but good condition. It's a bit of a pain to put them on however, since they don't have a zipper. I was wondering if adding a backzip to them would be a good (or possible) idea. Has anyone done this? Do cobblers do this kind of thing?

I would say that it depends on the shape and cut as well as the leather used, but in theory it should be possible to add a side or back zip. take them to a cobbler and ask."AVANT GUARDE HIGHEST FASHION. NOW NOW this is it people, these are the brands no one fucking knows and people are like WTF. they do everything by hand in their freaking secret basement and shit."

Shipping an duties w/ farfetch
Hello everyone
I was considering ordering a BBS overcoat from farfetch (http://www.farfetch.fr/shopping/men/...-10093074.aspx) but it's in Canada, and I'm in France...
Any similar experience (US/Canada to France/Europe) with duties? any idea whether I'll have to pay anything and how much?
Otherwise I might ship it to a friend's in NY and get it next time he'll visit...
Thanks!Originally posted by FaustTrue story. Dude walks into Hostem, looks around, says, "I like how you took this whole All Saints thing and ran with it."
