Reverse leather is suede.

not technically, but close enough.

suede is split leather and much softer. Reverse leather is just that, reversed with the meat side out, so it's every layer of the leather, and not just the meat layer.

Yeah, I believe that's one of the main differences between suede and nubuck, with nubuck not being split.
