did this ever come in a non leather version? or any other designer making something similar? I want asymmetric closure on the thing. fencing, diagonal or whatnot. zipper is a requirement though

Does anyone have a pair of Rick boots from the current season with the new lighter, softer sole? Looking for comments on how it holds up to wear. About to pull the trigger on these but have some concerns about durability after handling them in the store. I'm in NYC so I do a ton of walking and I really can't deal with the sole eroding as quickly as it does on my trainers.

must have been around $1000 i suppose

ccp boots retail for around $2K for the last two seasons, but indeed 2009 were around 1350Eur, whereas retail for 2010 is more in the 1450-1500 region

I believe it to be a spam site. What they've done most of the time is copy posts directly from SZ classifieds (all text, images, etc) and don't put a link to SZ. I think it's trying to capture google search phrases and land you on a page that pays ad revenue.

Just my theory. If you go to the 'home' link (you've got the google cache link up), there are several SZ classified photos on the front page.
