Can i dye a1923 linen over leather boots from grey to black?
I assume yes, so is there any cons in dyeing them?

not sure how the linen is bonded to the leather on those, but be careful with solvent-based (alcohol / acetone) dyes and glue...

oh boy, talk to a cobbler first that sounds like a bad idea because top layer of linen should dye easily and i think the leather may not penetrate depending on depth, (i may be wrong)

i just got a used rick geo high collar jacket (don't know what season). it has a wool/cotton lining around the collar, wanted to know if it's possible to remove it w/o ruining the jacket??? also if there's any places in san francisco that would be able to do this?

No it's not possible or advisable its part of the lining

Poplin by virtue of the fabric weave usually makes a noise in its movement, you may want to try washing in fabric softener, may not remove it completely but should certainly reduce the noise
