if sizing is your major concern then I think it would be wise for you to contact LVR directly for insole/outsole measurement of the shoes and compare them with the shoes you already have.

LVR response really fast, and they also have a return policy in case the sneaker didn't fit you as well as it suppose to. I hope this help you out as I am not really familiar with converting women sizing to men myself. Good luck.

As my experience, I brought a pair of RO sneaker to my girl fd, she's sz41 and it's never hv a problems. And I think size in 39 just a common unit for both sex, just like converse. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

yes i believe you can. i had a pair dyed by the firm nyc and it was perfect. like a completely different shoe. pnod dyed a fluorescent red/orange pair to black as well.

banana / j cut -- can someone explain the difference?

i think a banana cut has a curved shape from the hip to the hem. the whole pant leg is curved. this leads to ruching throughout the leg and maybe to bunching around the knee as well. a j shape has the curve below the knee so the clinging/ruching is along the calf/ankle.

Ah, sorry. I guess you could give RO shop a call, but I doubt they'll have much from older seasons.

Leathers from last season were a size smell iirc, so a 46 maybe fit if you're an XS...not sure if that's insightful at all.
