^^^There was a 46 on yoox last season that made it down to a decent discount. Sorry that doesn't do you any good now.

If it's any consolation, I tried it on at the boutique and it doesn't work very well in real life. The lapels look awkward hanging there and doesn't really look good with a dress shirt underneath. Hard to pull off, but I too was attracted by the runway pic.
