Hi,

Not sure if this is the right place but has anyone had any experience of SZ user "kbi" Aka Robert Berner?

Bought and paid for a pair of Harnden gloves on Friday 30/9 and despite repeated requests to make contact he hasn't been in touch.

Becoming concerned and would appreciate any feedback on him or advice.

Maybe cause as a ebay seller, I'm so used to eBay protocol and the threat of negative feedback I'm all over shipments and buyer messages in hours rather than days.

Quick backstory:
I sold items to both, my courier made a mess of the collection. J's parcel ended up with C, along with C's parcel. J had the patience of a saint as I tried to figure out where his parcel had ended up and C responded in a matter of hours, despite not being at home confirming he had J's package and would ship it direct to him. The entire situation could have been a nightmare if it wasn't for the patience and honesty of both buyers.
