Excuse the timeliness of these comments for the following sellers, I had two marvelous transactions in the past month -

Raddy: Super communicative and gregariously easy to work with. I had purchased a LUC piece from him, and he constantly updated me along the way and answered my questions expeditiously. There nearly was a situation where I had thought the package was either lost or stolen since USPS had logged the package as 'delivered' even though it wasn't in the vicinity. Raddy was about to refund my money (he insured the package) until the package turned up a day later. Very trustworthy, easy to work with in potentially difficult situations, above all just a very cerebral and understanding seller.

AKA*NYC: Simply put, one of the finest seller's I've ever had the pleasure to deal with... this is just another tribute in a long chain of praise that he get's here (deservedly) on SZ.

Regrettably, I am having some difficulties with seller sagaji.

I have yet to receive an item paid for on April 12, 2010. The package may have gotten lost in transit, but I was never provided with a tracking number, so I could not verify. I have requested an update of the situation and a refund on June 1, 2010 through both PM and email. I have not heard from him since then.

Update: We got in touch. Thank you all for the responses.

Update2: It seemed like an email was lost so that was the cause of delay. I have received the refund. sagaji is very nice about the whole incident. Excellent seller.

yes, shipping sometimes takes forever, but it is almost always a tricky situation when the item is lost in transit.

i sold a jacket that shipped internationally, and right about when i was going to refund the seller the jacket arrived at his doorstep literally six months later!
