Bought a jersey from merz more than 6 weeks ago, still havent got it. Said he sent it two weeks back, dont think he did if not by sea and the ship sank........ no tracking number provided and he doesnt answer mails either.

I really hate to have to bring this up, especially since I have worked many times with Q over the years. I am in a similar situation.

I paid Merz for a cloak suit in August and never received it. Communication was poor and I was told the suit was sent, lost in the mail then returned to him, but he was unable to provide a tracking number or any proof of it actually being shipped. I have asked several times for him to refund the payment yet he responds that he doesn't have any money to send. I have completely lost patience with the situation at this point. I'm just hoping he will do the right thing and refund the money owed.

Poor choice of words on my part and this is the first time I have seen any pictures. I did not want to make this a public matter but after reading that a similar situation had happened to another forum member I felt I needed to do so.

I am yet to receive the refund, but according to paypal the decision concerning the case has been made to my advantage. It says to wait up to 7 days...

It use to be instant, but now I've noticed a week long delay in a lot of transactions. Usually to confirm the funds are there and transferred successfully. I've never had it not go through. Just takes time.
