on the account, in the transaction log, the note on the refund is 'transaction pending until 24th', not sure why. I requested the 'refund payment' option and expected that to be instant.

I just received a message from paypal saying that the transaction was declined by merz's bank. The bank will try again in 3 business days. If it is accepted then, it will take another 3-5 business days until I receive the money. It will be 8 or 9 weeks since I payed for the jersey by then.

Not to mess up this thread yet again but pretty recent Tia is a scam, and sadly i wasnt able to get back my money through paypal because i was out of town when i opened the dispute. so if there's out there who knows Tia personally or via the net, please tell him to send me the stuff at least or refund me.

I claimed/escalated against Tia, and he didn't respond to Paypal at all. Managed to get my money back a day or two ago, but it seems fairly obvious that Tia decided to quit and make some quick cash.
