On October 29th I sent Kunk $90 for a shirt... we've had issues since. Today he has finally issued a refund.

(update 12-27) I asked Kunk to remove my last name from the post below and he said he would only do it if I removed this post. Well, since he did issue a pending refund I'm going to take down everything except the PMs themselves. Here is the full exchange:

you've already been refunded, says pending to brett xxxxx until 12/30. i sent a s hirt, didn't arrive so I sent another. same thing happened with mr beuys and the hat i sent to theaddict took over a week. i use the central nyc post office which has issues around the holidays and plenty of other times.

maybe if you think about it, does it seem i am financially situated in a way that requires stealing $90 from someone?

Kunk, the first time you told me you shipped it was early November. Was it the holiday's fault then? The second time you told me you shipped it was the first week of December. Still the holidays then too?

I don't care what the reasoning was, you don't have to explain it to me. You just needed to give me either a shirt or a refund, that is all I signed up for.

Just so we are clear on the timeline, about 5 minutes after I posted the above message I sent you a PM to let you know that it was up. Within an hour, you finally sent me a refund that is currently in Pending status (while the money transfers from the bank, I assume).
