I'm not a fan of jeans in general but Levi's actually did a lot of anatomical cut denim back around 2000. Not sure when they did the J cut but they definitely did twisted seams and anatomic construction back before a lot of the contemporary fashionable dudes.

Not to say it was amazingly successful but they did experiment and give it a shot.

i remember those,
they were called "engineered jeans" I thought they were rather ugly, but yes, they were forerunners of many of the ideas some of these "original" designers are now doing

thats right, I remember trying these or similar jeans on what must've been nearly 10 years ago. thanfully I didn't like them enough to buy a pair, even though my personal style wasn't particularly refined....

Haha, nono... it's the anaconda boots with a thin rubber coating applied to them. Lovely effect though. Over time, the rubber coating rubs and peels off and ultimately it'll just be the lovely dull luster of the anaconda.

I watched Anaconda once, you could make a whole collection of clothes and shoes if you killed one of those! Although head-to-toe anaconda could be a bit of a hard look...might email Balmain that idea.
