Didn't eBay change it's policy to include the shipping cost as a part of the final value fee which effectively closes the loophole for fvf avoiders? Or possibly soon to go into effect? I feel like I've been charged % for shipping costs.

^yes, the new policy includes shipping costs. there also used to be a final value fee cap of $50 for auctions, I think now it's $100
